Challenge To Change - TY1

Challenge to Change is a Development Education Project initiated by Presentation Education Office for schools in the Presentation Network.

Aims of the Project

That students will:

Have a heightened understanding and greater awareness of current global issues

Develop a more critical mindset

Develop a keen sense of justice, equality, fair play and human rights

Be motivated and enthused to take corrective action to redress inequality wherever it may manifest itself

Come to be more aware and conscious of the wider impact of their personal choices and actions on the global environment

Experience the value of collective action and strategic intervention in combating inequality and injustice

This year our class, TY1, has chosen to do our project on Climate Change, what has caused it and it’s effects on our world. This includes Global warming. We will be doing different activities to raise awareness and fundraise for this cause.
