Challenge to Change TY 2
21st April 2016
As part of our Transition Year module Geography , we are involved in a national project which is known as Challenge to Change. This project is undertaken by students from both secondary and primary schools across the country. The class of TY2 have decided to base their project on child labour. The entire class feels strongly about this topic and are looking forward to learning more about this issue. They also want to raise about this problem which is reality for many children around the world today. To get the project under way the class was divided into committees. The following committees have been drawn up and there are up to 4 members in each, research, letter writing, poster/art, blog, fundraising, raising awareness, linking locality, education and lastly the survey committee. Each of these committees have important roles to play in this project and are essential for the success of our project.
