TY Home Economics Clara Fields Outing

A group of TY students visited 'Clara Fields' on Tuesday 21st of January and discovered a hive of activity as 'Creme de Leche', it's main product, was being packaged for distribution. Tommy and Billy gave an informative account of their business and its origins. The students were amazed that such a luxurious product is produced locally. Thanks to Ms. Power and Ms. Slevin for making this trip possible. We are very grateful to Tommy and Billy for facilitating the tour of the plant.
